Carla Lipe Vonder Haar, Administrator - Carla was born and raised in Montgomery County, she knows the area very well and it is her home. She is a graduate of St. John's College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a licensed Registered Nurse as well as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She started as a Director of Nursing at Montgomery in July of 2001, so she understands the care setting well. By the end of 2002 she advanced as Administrator for Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation center. As an Administrator for Montgomgery, Carla has improved overall care of the facility, helped to expand her therapy department, created a "home-like" environment at the facility and continues to be hands-on for all the upgrades and transformations of the facility. She is married with two children and resides on a farm south of Greenville.
Ramona Tomazolli, Director of Nursing - Ramona is the D.O.N. at MNRC and lives in Hillsboro. She attended Lincoln Land Community College and graduated with an Associates of Science Degree in Nursing in 2001. She started as a floor nurse at the facility and in 2002 took on the duties of Medicare nurse and by 2003 became the D.O.N. She loves working at MNRC and loves the residents and staff very much.
Tammy Richmond, Social Service & Marketing - Tammy has worked for Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center since 1991. She has lived most of her life in Hillsboro and loves the area. Her parents are the late Jim & Marie (Jagosh) Nicol. She has been married for the last 29 years and is a parent of two. Her son recently completed 4 years in the U.S. Navy, and her daughter is a C.N.A. at the facility and is thinking of attending Nursing School. Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center is her home away from home and the staff and residents are her extended family. "It is truly amazing how many residents and family members come in with great hesitations about putting their loved ones in a nursing home. Only to find out it was nothing what they thought. Many family members often tell me they take their loved ones out for the day only for them to say, 'I'm ready to go home', referring to Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center. I am very proud to be a part of this family and team here."
